FRAUD ALERT - Spoofed Calls & Text Messages
We have been alerted to scammers spoofing Ripco’s phone number and calling members while pretending to be us. They are asking for personal information and telling members to reply “YES” to text or email alerts confirming foreign charges. Ripco will never call to ask for your Social Security Number, card number, mother’s maiden name, or online banking credentials. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and contact Ripco directly at 715.365.4800. When in doubt, call us.
