They are asking for personal information and telling members to reply “YES” to text or email alerts confirming foreign charges. Ripco will never call to ask for your Social Security Number, card number, mother’s maiden name, or online banking credentials. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and contact Ripco directly at 715.365.4800. When in doubt, call us.
