Whether you’re looking to buy your family’s first house or it’s time to pull the trigger on your dream home, our mortgage loan experts are always happy to lend a helping hand!

  • Little or no money down

Our Mortgage Loans

Because everyone’s situation is different, and not everyone has a large downpayment on hand, we offer options with no-money down or as little as 3%.

We offer a couple mortgage loans to choose from:

Fixed-Rate Mortgage Loans

Our most common real estate loans, fixed-rates mortgage loans maintain a set interest rate throughout the life of the loan.  We offer in-house options, but if we find it is better for a member in the long run, we can also finance the loan through Fannie Mae.

Rural Development Loans

Designed for first-time home owners, rural development loans allow individuals who meet certain criteria to purchase an existing home with no money down.

All rural development loans are financed through Fannie Mae, though your payments go through Ripco.
