What Happened?

TruStage recently identified suspicious activity within portions of its technology environment. As a precaution, the company took parts of its network offline while it investigates the incident and works to restore services.

At this time, TruStage has not indicated that member personal information was accessed, acquired, or misused. Their investigation is ongoing, and they have committed to providing updates as more information becomes available.

Does This Affect My Ripco Accounts?

No.

If you use Online Banking, Mobile Banking, your Ripco debit card, credit card, or other Ripco banking services, you can continue using them as normal.

Be Alert for Scams

Unfortunately, situations like this sometimes create opportunities for scammers.

Be cautious of unexpected phone calls, emails, or text messages claiming to be from TruStage or another trusted organization asking you to provide personal or financial information.

A few reminders:

  • Never share passwords, verification codes, or account information with someone who contacts you unexpectedly.
  • Avoid clicking links in unsolicited emails or text messages.
  • If you're unsure whether a message is legitimate, contact the company directly using a trusted phone number or website.
