90th Annual Meeting

For the health and safety of everyone in attendance, this year's 90th Annual Meeting will be held by telephone only. 

Ripco Credit Union members are all invited to attend the 90th Annual Meeting virtually. At this meeting, Ripco’s Chairman of the Board, Board of Directors, and the Credit Union Interim President/CEO will report on the financial state of the Credit Union and share information on other topics of interest to the Credit Union’s member/owners.

Board appointments

Two Directors will be reappointed to the Board by acclamation, as no nominees were presented to challenge the incumbents. The Board Members renewing their three-year terms are Alyssa  Borski & Rick Zoerb.

The meeting will be held via Zoom telephone conference.
