Log in for the first time by using the temporary PIN we give you. Please note that your temporary PIN is only valid for 24 hours. If you’re unable to log in within that time frame, please contact us for a PIN reset.
We will not send a PIN via email or mail. We will only tell you what it is in-person or on the phone.
For security purposes, we recommend you review your account online regularly. However, if it’s been more than 90 days since the last time you logged in, your PIN will expire. Just give us a call, and we’ll gladly reset your password after verifying your identity.
Your member account number will be used only for your first login. Once you’ve completed the initial login process, all future logins to online banking will require your established username. This helps keep your account safer and your account number more private — plus it should be easier to remember! As always, we encourage you to call us if you have questions or concerns.
