Peace of Mind - By Your Side - In Good Times and Bad
Assistance is available to our members and friends affected by the recent storms and wind damage
If you are directly impacted by last weekend’s storms, Ripco is here to help. Your financial wellness and peace of mind is important to us, and we take the credit union philosophy of “People helping People” very seriously to heart.
Please be assured that Ripco Credit Union will make every effort to work with you and ease the financial pressure of the current situation. Please reach out with your concerns and let us help develop a plan to ease your mind. Especially if you have concerns related to your ability to make a Ripco loan payment, see us first before the situation gets out of control or causes you more stress.
Some options we may be able to offer you:
Deferral.Skip-a-Pay: Members can opt to skip one month's loan payment and extend their loan's maturity date by one month.
Interest-Only Payment: Members may choose to lower their monthly payment amount to cover only the amount of interest owed for one payment.
Fee Refunds: Available for impacted members who incur fees due to storm hardships.
There may be other assistance we can offer as well, depending upon your needs. We understand that this is a very stressful time for many of our members, and we look forward to easing your financial burdens in any way that we can.
