In our commitment to providing the highest quality member service and benefits available, Ripco Credit Union is constantly striving to improve ways to serve you, our members. That is why we are excited to announce some significant changes to our debit cards.
Enhanced debit cards are now on the way to our members, and you can expect to start seeing them in your mailboxes as soon as Friday, August 4, 2023!
What's new
New Updated Designs to Reflect our Community.
Your enhanced debit card design will be an updated version of the style you have currently.
Enhanced Security and Convenience
Our new Mastercard® debit cards not only have a new updated design, but will feature an EMV chip, ensuring the latest in ID theft protection. Whether you swipe to pay, or insert your debit card, it will now offer enhanced security measures, giving you peace of mind for all your transactions, be it in-store or online.

Activate Your New Card
To ensure uninterrupted access to your existing checking account, it's important to activate your new card.
You have multiple options to choose from. Select the method that's most convenient for you:
Call Activation: Look for the number on the sticker attached to your new card. Call the number and follow the simple prompts to activate.
ATM Activation: Head to any ATM and activate your card with ease. Insert your new card, enter your current PIN, and choose between a balance inquiry or cash withdrawal. Your card will be activated and ready to use.
Branch Visit: If you prefer an in-person activation, visit either of our branches. A friendly team member will be more than happy to assist you in activating your new Debit Card.
Phone Activation: Call the credit union directly by dialing 715-365-4800. Our team will guide you through the activation process over the phone, making it a hassle-free experience.

Update Your Billing Details
Remember to update your billing details for all automatic payments and recurring deductions. Many online shopping or ongoing subscriptions may be linked to your current debit card. With the new card, you'll receive a new expiration date and a new 3-digit security code on the back. Therefore, it's necessary to contact any auto pay vendors and provide them with your new card information.

Stay informed and in control of your card transactions by enrolling for card alerts through It'sMe247 Online Banking. Receive instant notifications for any card activity, ensuring you can quickly detect any unauthorized use and take appropriate action.
If You Haven't Received Your New Debit Card
If, for any reason, you haven't received your new debit card by August 14th, 2023, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at 715-365-4800. They will be happy to assist you and ensure you receive your new card promptly.
Your PIN Can Remain the Same
No need to reset your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Simply choose the same PIN you currently use during your card activation and it will remain the same, providing you with a seamless transition to your new Ripco debit card.
