You will need the Ripco Credit Union Card Control app to manually freeze and unfreeze your debit card.
Using the Ripco Card Control app: Sign in and Select Manage My Cards from the menu.
Once you have selected the card you would like to manage, you can temporarily lock your card, view recent transactions, and report your card as lost or stolen.
You're even able to set-up or change your Activity Alert Settings, so you will receive a text notification if your card has been used over a threshold you determine yourself!
If you're certain your card is lost or stolen - and not just misplaced - please call our local office to order a new card.
