How to Manually Freeze and Unfreeze Your Debit Card

Using the Ripco app: Click “More” in the main menu and select “Manage My Cards.” Sign into your It'sMe247.  From here you can temporarily lock your card, view recent transactions, and report your card as lost or stolen.  

If you're certain your card is lost or stolen - and not just misplaced - please call our local office to order a new card. 

To report a lost or stolen debit card or ATM card, you can also call 1-800-523-4175.
