System Upgrade

We are currently in the process of upgrading our system to enhance your experience. During this time, you will not be able to access your online or audio account information and both locations will be closed Saturday, May 18th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding. 


Your ATM's are Getting an Upgrade!

We are excited to announce that your ATM's are getting an upgrade! 

The ATM's at the Rhinelander and Eagle River branches are being completely replaced.  Your Rhinelander branch is the first project on the agenda, and will be first in line for replacement.  The brand new ATM's will have fresh new graphics and will be capable of accepting deposits – both cash and checks! 

The Eagle River branch ATM is scheduled to be replaced in January; so expect more details on that upcoming project soon.  

The Rhinelander High School branch and Paper Mill (Expera Specialty Solutions) ATM's will be receiving software updates, which won't take as long as a complete replacement.  Those ATM's should only be down for one day each while the software upgrades are completed. 

Although exciting, change can sometimes be a little inconvenient. We are going to complete the replacements and upgrades as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during this process. 

Dates to Remember

Monday, December 9th        Rhinelander ATM  

Will be out of service for up to a week

Tuesday, December 17th      Rhinelander HS ATM

Will be out of service during software updates

Thursday, December 19th    The Paper Mill ATM

Will be out of service during software updates
