Join Us For Our Teen Lunch & Learn!

Do you have, or know a teen that needs to know more about MONEY BASICS? If you answered yes; this information is for you!

We're happy to offer an opportunity for young people to take control of their financial futures.  Ripco Credit Union is hosting a Lunch & Learn for teens! This is a chance for your teen to learn about:

WHEN:  JULY 30TH
WHERE:  121 Sutliff Avenue, Rhinelander
TIME:  11:00AM - 1:00PM

We will be using our new EverFi interactive educational platform, combined with classroom instruction.  All attendees should bring a laptop, tablet, or Smartphone to complete the required modules together.  These short videos, along with our team instruction, will help prepare your teen with the skills to manage their finances and plan for the future.  Many modules feature action plans and budgeting and planning tools to reinforce positive behavior and help your teen take positive steps towards ensuring their financial health.

Your teen can expect lunch (at no cost), a certificate of completion, a couple of knowledge packed hours, along with the $25 to start them off on the right foot.

We hope our community will take advantage of this learning experience specifically designed for our younger generation.  Note: Parents or an accompanying adult are welcome to, and even encouraged to attend if they like.  While adults will not receive a completion certificate or the cash incentive, we will provide lunch at no cost.

To register, email melodys@ripco.org or call 715-365-4836 to reserve your spot today!  Maximum of 20 participants; pre-registration by July 23rd is required. You will receive an email confirming your reservation.

*Completion of curriculum earns $25 deposited into your account or will be used to open a new Ripco account.  New Accounts must be opened within 10 calendar days of class completion and signed for by parent or guardian in order to receive the $25.00.  Class incentive must remain in account a minimum of 3 months before withdrawal.
